Refund Policy

At Elementary Network Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs and ensuring student satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Course Cancellation by Students

Before Course Commencement

  • Full Refund: Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a 100% refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 business days before the course start date.

  • Partial Refund: Students who cancel 3-6 business days before the course start date will receive a 75% refund.

  • Limited Refund: Students who cancel 1-2 business days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the course start date or after the course has commenced.

After Course Commencement

  • Within First Week: Students may withdraw within the first 7 days of course commencement and receive a 50% refund, minus any materials or resources already provided.

  • After First Week: No refunds will be provided for withdrawals after the first week of course commencement.

Course Cancellation by Institute

If we must cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control:

  • Students will receive a full refund of all fees paid

  • Alternative course dates will be offered when available

  • Students will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date when possible

Refund Processing

Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 10-15 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution

Processing Fees

  • A Rs.1500 administrative fee may be deducted from refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before course start

  • No processing fees apply to institute-initiated cancellations.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Course materials, books, or software once accessed or downloaded

  • Certification exam fees paid to third-party organizations

  • Individual coaching or consultation sessions already completed

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit Written Request: Email your refund request to trainings@elementarynetworksolutions.com including:

    • Full name and contact information

    • Course name and enrollment date

    • Reason for refund request

    • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

  2. Review Period: We will review and respond to your request within 5 business days

  3. Documentation: Keep records of your enrollment and any correspondence regarding your refund request

Transfer Policy

As an alternative to refunds, students may transfer their enrollment to another course session:

  • Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the original course start date

  • One free transfer is permitted per enrollment

  • Course price differences may apply for transfers to higher-priced programs
